Video intercom and property access
We specify and install ButterflyMX for buildings that want a video intercom, resident and staff credentials, and visitor entry from a phone. It earns its place at lobbies, gates, and multifamily entries where someone needs to see the person before they unlock the door.
Cloud access control
ProdataKey is the access platform we use when a property needs controllers, readers, and rules that staff can manage without a server in a closet. Doors, schedules, and credentials live in one system, and we install the hardware that hangs on it.
Structured cabling
Belden is the cabling line we are certified on. We use it for copper and fiber plants that have to be tested, labeled, and still make sense in five years — the foundation under cameras, readers, wireless, and paging.
Switching, wireless, and UniFi Protect
Ubiquiti is where a property wants switching, gateways, wireless, and cameras in one operating picture. We design the VLANs, place the access points, and use UniFi Protect when that is the right camera system for the site.
Enterprise switching and wireless
Cisco is the standard we install when the property, the owner’s IT group, or the specification already lives there. Switching, wireless, and routing are built to that standard, with the security system on its own segment.
